We're so confident in the quality of our products that we're willing to stand behind them for 18 whole months. If you experience an issue with the quality of your Fancii product, simply follow the steps below to receive a replacement.
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org which includes:
- Your proof of purchase (e.g. an order number or email confirmation including the date of purchase)
- The name of the product
- The reason for your return
- Someone from our team will contact you with further steps
- Upon being contacted by a member of our team, please return the purchased product with all accessories, manuals, and original undamaged packaging. We cannot process the return or exchange request until receiving these items.
The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:
- Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
- Damage resulting from chemical spills, fire, or other harmful substances
- Damage resulting from natural disaster
- Lost or stolen products
